Arrive on Time

Passengers must be at their selected pick-up point 10 minutes prior to the departure. Please have the ticket ready to show to our staff during the boarding. When planning your transfer with us, please follow the airport guidelines to arrive on time for your flight.

Missed Bus

In the case passengers miss their bus, they can use this ticket for the next available scheduled transfer. Kapnos Airport Shuttle Limited has no responsibility to provide refunds or any other form of compensation to passengers that miss their bus.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy

Tickets can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the departure. No refund is provided for cancellations in less than 24 hours before departure.

Luggage allowance

• Each passenger is allowed one (1) piece of luggage up to 20kg and one (1) carry‑on bag up to 8kg.
• Each additional luggage up to 20kg is chargeable with the price of one adult ticket for each specific route.
• Passengers are advised to check their airline luggage allowance in advance.
• Additional 20kg luggage can be purchased per way.
• Sports equipment and bikes carry a surcharge and must be properly folded and packaged for air transfer.
